• We offer an Easy Exchange policy for all our products, except for our Bags, which are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.
• Products purchased during SALE events are not eligible for exchange, including wallets.
• To initiate an exchange, please contact us at admin@baggate.in with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Quality Guarantee

• Our products are carefully handcrafted and undergo a rigorous Quality Check before dispatch. We aim to provide detailed product images and descriptions to help you make an informed decision.
• In the rare event you receive a defective product, please email us at admin@baggate.in within 2 days of delivery with images of the defect and your order number. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, guide you through the process of receiving a replacement. Please note, returns for defective products are not accepted.
